How to Redeem:
This purchase allows you to add 1 custom Face into the city. The vehicle must be provided by you, and the final files must be submitted through a support ticket after payment confirmation.
Processing time is up to 1–3 weeks, as long as the files are correct, optimized, and meet our requirements.

Vehicle Requirements

• Lore Friendly – Must be server-ready meaning no badged cars only Lore Friendly 

• Clean Handling – No broken physics or unrealistic configs

• Textures – Must be optimized (recommended 1024×1024 or 2048×2048)

• No Bugs or Missing Parts – Vehicle must be fully functional

This face will be 1 of 1, meaning it will be completely exclusive to you and no other player will have access to it.

Higher quality or unoptimized vehicles may require extra time for adjustments.
